Juicy and tender turkey meatballs packed with garlic and Italian herbs, perfect for cozy dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve with marinara sauce drizzled over the top or on the side for dipping.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
