Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, etc.)

  3. Cook the cubed tofu until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For extra crispy tofu, press the block with a weight for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture before cubing and cooking.
