- 3 cloves Minced Garlic

- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 8 oz Noodles
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes in a bowl. Add chicken and let it soak.
- Prepare the noodles by boiling water and cooking according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Create the thickening mixture by mixing cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
- Sauté the marinated chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the cornstarch slurry with the chicken and stir as the sauce thickens. Toss in the cooked noodles.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup, and use tofu instead of chicken.
