Sheet Pan Salmon

A healthy and effortless meal combining roasted salmon and asparagus on a single sheet pan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cups asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the center of the pan, skin-side down.
  4. Arrange the trimmed asparagus around the salmon.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil generously over both the salmon and asparagus.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried thyme over everything.
  7. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Goes well with a green salad or quinoa. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
