Easy and delicious sheet pan breakfast sandwiches perfect for feeding the whole family without the fuss of individual assembly.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon or sausage patties
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a sheet pan generously with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined and slightly frothy.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared sheet pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set in the middle.
  4. Layer half of the slices of bread on the bottom, creating a sturdy base.
  5. Add the cooked bacon or sausage patties on top of the bread layer, distributing them evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the meat layer.
  7. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, closing in all that deliciousness.
  8. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sandwiches are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice into squares, and serve warm.
