1 egg, beaten
Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl: ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into patties, roughly the size of your palm.
Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
