Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  4. Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest, season with salt and pepper to taste.
