Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Serve with additional soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
