These ham and cheese sliders are warm, cheesy bites perfect for gatherings, bringing comfort and satisfaction with every delicious mouthful.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of dinner rolls
  • 8 ounces of sliced ham
  • 8 ounces of sliced cheese (such as Swiss or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves snugly in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced ham evenly over the bottom rolls.
  4. Follow up with a layer of sliced cheese on top of the ham.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese, completing the sandwich.
  6. Mix together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the sandwiches.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice through the sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to customize these sliders with different meats or cheeses. Great stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and can be frozen before baking.
