A quick and nutritious Ground Turkey Stir Fry packed with vibrant vegetables and flavorful garlic and ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Introduce the ground turkey and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to combine, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the stir fry over cooked rice or noodles and enjoy!
