Delight in these light and fresh grilled shrimp tacos, marinated in vibrant spices and served with crunchy cabbage and creamy avocado.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper, tossing to coat.
  3. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  4. Place the skewered shrimp on the grill, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
  6. Take a warm tortilla, add the grilled shrimp, shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and cilantro.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes
