Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix the Marinade: In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a vibrant marinade.
  2. Coat the Chicken: Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure to coat them well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill each breast for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
  5. Serve It Up: Serve it with fresh lemon wedges for an extra citrusy kick.

Notes

For even more flavor, marinate the chicken for up to 2 hours. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes after grilling.
