- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 can (16 ounce) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Sauté the beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in Parmesan cheese and set aside to cool.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl; set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese in the center. Fold edges closed to seal.
- Arrange bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with garlic butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush baked bombs with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
