Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat until frothy.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  5. Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  6. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
