Ingredients
Scale
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
Instructions
Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan to ensure your bread comes out perfectly.
Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cream the butter and add eggs: In another bowl, cream the softened butter until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk.
Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in Fruity Pebbles: Gently fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal without breaking too many of the colorful bits.
Pour into the loaf pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
Cool and slice: Allow the loaf to cool for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
