A delightful symphony of flavors combining a crispy tart shell, smooth pastry cream, and a colorful array of fresh fruits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, peaches)
  • 1 cup pastry cream or vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tart shell by ensuring it’s baked and cooled.
  2. Layer the pastry cream or vanilla pudding into the tart shell evenly.
  3. Arrange the mixed fresh fruits on top of the cream in a visually appealing manner.
  4. Prepare the glaze by combining apricot jam and lemon juice in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  5. Brush the glaze over the fruits to give them a shiny finish.
  6. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves before serving, if desired.

Notes

Opt for in-season fruits for the best flavor and sweetness. The tart is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
