- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Oil for frying (optional)
- Sweet and sour sauce for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat oil for frying in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or if frying, slide each roll into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on each side.
