A velvety chocolate chip cheesecake with a crunchy graham cracker crust and a smooth sour cream topping, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter.
  3. Stir until the crumbs are evenly coated, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  6. Beat in the eggs, one by one, until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Carefully pour the mixture over your prepared crust.
  9. Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until set.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Spread the sour cream over the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a unique twist, swap chocolate chips for toffee bits or nuts.
