  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups biscuit dough (pre-made or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Mix the biscuit dough with milk in a separate bowl until just blended.
  5. Spoon the biscuit mixture over the chicken filling in the casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
