A hearty Chicken Cobbler with tender chicken, mixed vegetables, and a buttery biscuit topping, perfect for comforting family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Mix the biscuit mix with water in a separate bowl until just combined.
  5. Spoon the biscuit batter over the chicken mixture.
  6. Add shredded cheese on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
