A delicious cauliflower pizza crust that is gluten-free and low in carbs, perfect for pizza lovers who want to indulge without the guilt.

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
  3. Pulse the cauliflower florets in a food processor until fine.
  4. Transfer the cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 8 minutes.
  5. Wring out the excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  6. Combine the cauliflower, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, oregano, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  7. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Top with your favorite toppings and return to the oven until the cheese is melted.

Notes

Make sure to squeeze out as much moisture from the cauliflower as possible for a perfect crust. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
