Crispy and spicy cauliflower bites that make for a perfect plant-based alternative to traditional wings.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Mix the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
  6. Combine the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  7. Toss the baked cauliflower wings in the buffalo sauce mixture and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider using panko bread crumbs. Adjust the buffalo sauce to your heat preference.
