Crispy and spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings that transform humble cauliflower into a flavorful delight, perfect for sharing.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: celery sticks, ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to make a batter in a bowl.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
  5. Mix the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil in another bowl until evenly coated.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until they are nice and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with celery sticks and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil them for 1-2 minutes at the end. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
