Crispy, spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, a healthy and delicious alternative to chicken wings. Perfect for parties or casual nights.

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gradually add water, whisking until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating them evenly, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Combine the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil in a bowl and toss gently.
  6. Return the sauced cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Notes

For extra crunch, sprinkle breadcrumbs or nutritional yeast before the last bake. Can substitute for different vegetables or sauces as desired.
