A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional chips, these baked zucchini chips are light, crispy, and seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 1-2 hours, flipping halfway through, until the chips are crispy.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese over the chips in the last 10 minutes of baking, if using.
  7. Cool before serving.

Notes

These chips can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Re-bake at a low temperature to revive crunchiness.
