- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Gently unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush the melted butter generously on the triangles.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered triangles.
- From the wide end of each triangle, twist it from the base to the point to form a spiral.
- Place the twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it on top of the twists.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
